Primary Purpose:

The Enrichment Teacher assistant will collaborate with the Enrichment Program Specialist in providing students with both learning and enrichment activities designed to help them fulfill their potential through a high quality experience while also working with principals, other potential instructors, ACE Project Director, and vendors in the process. This will also include assisting with implementing program schedules, potential tutoring services, and registering participants in out-of-school time enrichment.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Certificate

High School diploma or GED (Recognized by the Texas Education Agency or Regional Accrediting Agency)

Valid Texas Educational Aide certificate

NCLB Certification Required 

Crisis Prevention & Intervention certified (CPI), obtain within the first 90 days

Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check. Non-refundable fee (approximately $50) paid by employee.
