Primary Purpose:

Evaluate and provide leadership for the overall instructional program of the district.  Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Curriculum and Instruction Department and the development and supervision of campus principals. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certification: 

Doctorate preferred

Master’s degree required

Texas School Administrator/Principal Certification

Texas Superintendent Certificate or in progress

Candidate must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check. Non-refundable fee (approximately $50.00) paid by the employee.

 

Experience:

Three (3) years of administrative experience with direct supervision of principals and/or central office staff required

Campus principal or assistant principal experience required
